1. Rider Responsibilities
By renting a vehicle through the LOKA platform, you agree to operate the vehicle safely, wear a helmet at all times, and adhere to all local traffic laws in Bali.
2. Liability
Riders agree to the damage waiver terms provided prior to rental commencement. The platform acts as a technology intermediary between the rider and the registered fleet operator.
3. Revenue & Splits
For fleet operators and investors: daily revenue splits are fixed amounts defined mathematically per vehicle tier, executed immutably by the platform architecture.
